BC Regional Pilot Program

BC Regional Pilot Program is a Canadian immigration program that allows you to legally work in Canada by establishing your business and later seek permanent residency in Canada. Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a business owner or 4+ years of experience as a senior manager.
Have a personal net worth of at least CAD $300,000.
Minimum investment of CAD $100,000.
Have basic English or French language proficiency equivalent to Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) level 4 or higher.
Experience as an active business owner in 3 years out of the last 5 with 51% ownership in business.
An exploratory visit is recommended.
Educational Requirement is not less than +2.

OINP Program

Owner Entrepreneur Stream Program is a Canadian immigration program that allows you to legally work in Canada by establishing your business and later seek permanent residency in Canada. Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a business owner or as a senior manager.
No Minimum Educational Requirement.
Investment can be made in any kind of Business except Seasonal Businesses.
Minimum investment of CAD $200,000 to $600,000.
Experience as an active business owner in 3 years out of the last 5 with 51% ownership in business.
You are free to partner with a Canadian or foreign national, when launching or purchasing a business under this program. However, as noted above, you must have a minimum of 51% stake in the business to be eligible under this program.

Owner Operator LMIA Program

This federal business immigration program is by far the best and least known business immigration program.

Requirements:

Work experience of 2-3 years as a senior management or ownership experience.
A minimum investment commitment of CAD $250,000.
IELTS minimum CLB 7 in each module.
It's preferred but not required to have a university education.

You can apply for an LMIA under the owner operator class and get 200 additional points in the express entry pool.
